- A court booking conflicts with a facility maintenance period.
- Booking cancellations are only available for event sessions hosted by BNM. Bank transfer charges will apply for each cancellation.
6. Court Rules and Conduct
- Proper Use of Equipment: Members must use all equipment properly and follow any posted guidelines or staff instructions. Misuse of equipment may result in revocation of court access.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Members are required to clean and maintain court cleanliness after each use. Any trash or water spills must be cleaned and reported to front desk staff.
- Personal Conduct: Respectful behavior toward other members, staff, and facilities is required at all times. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or conduct that endangers safety will not be tolerated.
- Substances: Consumption of intoxicating drinks and drugs is not permitted on the premises. Failure to comply may result in law enforcement intervention and a ban from the facility.
